Deborah Heimel

Deb (she/her) joins TGH after almost 20 years managing people and systems as the Associate Executive Director at REACH Beyond Domestic Violence in Waltham MA. She is committed to working for equity and inclusion and believes that solid internal infrastructure is essential to successful program and community work. She has several years of experience in direct service work for housing and homeless service organizations before taking on management roles. She holds a BA in Applied Math and German from Drew University and an MS in Nonprofit Management from UMass Boston.

Quick Fact: In her free time, Deb enjoys reading mystery books and baking desserts.
